Personal Information:
Mr. Buechter earned his B.A in Social Science (psychology and US History) from Missouri Baptist University and also has his Paul VI Certification in Religious Studies. He joined the St. Mary's faculty in the fall of 1989 and has served as teacher, Athletic Director, coach and Dean of Students. Mr. Buechter is certified by the Archdiocese in religious education and currently teaches psychology, American Issues and Church History. He works with Mr. Dowd in the Dean of Students office, is part of the Care Team, is the moderator of FOCUS: Youth Leadership St. Louis and is a member of MIT. He and Terry have been married since 1985. Both of their children are graduates of Archdiocesan high schools (Conrad – St. Mary’s ‘07, Kathleen – Rosati Kain ‘04).
