Leadership Team
In 2008, St. Mary's High School created an Administrative Leadership Team which consists of the President, the Principal and the Associate Principal. However, the leadership and governance of St. Mary's is provided through a variety of sources, as the Administrative Leadership Team works collaboratively with the Board of Directors, Deans of Students, Academic Deans, Guidance Department, Campus Minister, Facilities Director, teachers, alumni, parents and students to provide the framework for the school's policies, procedures and programs. During St. Mary's Accreditation Review in October 2010, the Quality Assurance Review Team commended the school on their leadership stating, "Strengths of individuals are maximized and desires to lead are recognized, valued and honored."
